We opened our doors in the Winter of 2000. Throughout the years, our company remains strong and personable. In keeping our staff to a selective volume, we are able to offer our customers direct communication and assistance.
We currently have six licensed originators, one of which is the President of the company, Keith DeLatte. One that is also a processor that underwrites our loans and four full-time dedicated originators.
Our Staff consists of five full-time employees. Our Front Desk Operator, Bookkeeper/Operations Coordinator, two processors (both underwriting) and our President.
We strive to be the type of company that our previous customers would come back to and our current customers enjoy working with.
Our ultimate goal is to provide the most genuine and trustworthy service that you deserve.
In November of 2007, we transformed our work environment by moving to a new location. Our office is now located at 1027 Harding Street in Lafayette's Oil Center. It would be our pleasure to have you visit. Fresh Community Coffee and ice cold Kentwood Water is always ready for you.
